The exact direction of the game is unknown, but the tabletop game covers both a d20 system and a miniatures war game. Lots of ways for the video game to go. |

| I'll be buying this even if only to support the franchise. Even without the digital history of the devs id of guessed.arcade for this. Gameplay wise I reckon it'll be fairly standard mech combat, which generally involves a decent amount of customisation anyway. They could possibly add an RPG element ina quest format but I wouldn't expect much free roam outside if set mission boundaries. |

| I still have a PC built for running MechWarrior 4 and Heavy Gears 2 with a Saitek X45 (HOTAS). Would love to see Heavy Gears become a mech shooter on the 360. |

| Got to tell a friend about this, seems like something he'd like. Is it like axis and allies at all (not in theme/setting, but in gameplay style) |

Did I just read this right?
YES! Can remember when I used to play Heavy Gear on the PC, absolutely loved it, used to watch the animated series too on Fox Kids / Jetix, was great. |
