I guess I need to admit I have a soft-spot for these games that bring back memories of the first point-and-click adventure games I played on the computer. While
Quiet, Please! is not quite as involved as the
King's Quest series, it does bring back some fond memories for me from that era of gaming.
Puzzle adventure games like this do not need cumbersome control schemes getting in the way.
Quiet, Please! follows this edict perfectly. Press A to open doors and interact with objects. Press X to pick-up objects, but remember you can only carry one at a time!
You will definitely spend some time just trying to figure out what you need to accomplish. Your task is simple, to make the house quiet, However, how you need to go about that goal is not quite as simple. Ladders, vases, wine? Where to start first.
You can pick up
Quiet, Please! for
80 MSP. If only it was that easy, or inexpensive to buy some quiet around my house these days.
