After stuffing your pockets with loot and promises of gold, the guys at Vigil Games share which weapons Death will use to unleash vengeance upon his enemies in upcoming action-adventure game, Darksiders II.

The trailer explains the difference between Heavy Weapons, which include oversized hammers and maces among them, and Melee weapons like claws. Heavy Weapons are slower and cause more damage, while Melee Weapons let Death get up close and personal with his foes for fast-paced strikes.



Darksiders II is headed to Hell today, August 14th, in North America and August 21st, in Europe.

Can't wait for it to come in the mail. Ordered from THQ to get all the DLC included, but now I wish I had gone to best buy and GameStop as well for the codes then the quick return.
