Finally, a puzzle game that doesn't involve flinging an animal across the screen. In Microbial you must navigate your white blood cell through various puzzles to help rid your body of the tumor cells that have invaded it.

You will also encounter other types of cells that stand in your path. Luckily, each of these types of cells will have an antibody floating around to help you navigate around, through, or just blow them out of your way.

You will also encounter lots of virus cells that have only one goal, to attach themselves to your white blood cell and destroy it. Luckily, these enemies are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. You can make use of your environmental and other cell structures to trap and evade them.

Microbial is a very addicting puzzle game that left me wanting more. For only 80 MSP it is a great addition to your XBLIG collection.

If you have an Xbox Live Indie Game that you feel should be featured in an edition of the Indie Games Spotlight, please PM your suggestions to mancide.

India Pale Ales, Stouts, Porters, Witbiers, Saisons, Gose, Lambics, Barleywine, you name it. If it has water, malted barley, hops and yeast in it, I'll consume it.
