Kinect games require you to get off the couch or out of the chair and actually move to play (minus Zumba which you can just set a chair in front of the Kinect to "dance" for you).
miCoach by adidas is a great game (when it doesn't freeze during a workout) and Nike+ Kinect looks to be awesome. I haven't heard of this 5 Factor Fitness before and am interested in seeing what it's all about. |

| Do these games really work? As in, if you followed them properly can you achieve "toned" muscles and an improved general fitness? This might actually be a reason to buy a kinect to make myself do some exercise at home. |

The longer programs like UFC and Micoach work better than the casual ones, but I've lost 25 lb since last year's ankle surgery forced me to be sedentary. Of course, I cut calories and did a lot of stuff outside too, but UFC was part of the mainstay on that road back. |
