Happy Wars Beta Available for Dashboard Testers

Last week, Microsoft announced that Happy Wars was one of two games that are part of a free-to-play pilot program being implemented by Microsoft. Xbox LIVE Gold members will be able to download and play this title (and http://www.trueachievements.com/Ascend-New-Gods-xbox-360.htm) for no extra charge, although micro-transactions will be available in both games. With the free-to-play label comes the burden of a lot of players wanting to try out the game. ToyLogic wants to make sure that the game will be able to handle the large amount of curious players, so they're holding a beta for the game.

What's the catch? You have to be part of the dashboard preview program to try it out. Players who are part of the Xbox LIVE Update Public Beta will notice a new beta channel on their dashboard. Opening this will allow access to the beta for Happy Wars, as well as other game demos.

If you currently don't have access to the dashboard preview program then don't panic! Once the initial rush of applicants for the program had been sorted, applications reopened four days later and have been continuing ever since. Players need to visit this page and complete a form to apply for the Xbox LIVE Update Public Beta.

I'm not sure if this may be against the NDA Beta Testers agreed to...what happens in the beta stays in the beta or something like that lol...

I signed up to be a DBBT but got no reply, oh well, Ive seen some of it, not realy improvments but rather cosmetics, doesnt change the whole system

I have the dashboard but I can't find any signs of this.

I'm not part of the beta programme. I haven't signed an NDA, therefore I haven't broken an NDA. I'm guessing that you're going to go and throw similar accusations at Gamespot, Gamefaqs and all of the other news outlets too?
