Max Payne 3 Double XP Event Now Running

Rockstar continues their trend of very little notice when it comes to XP events. The RockstarGames Twitter account has announced that, starting yesterday, there is currently a double XP event going on for Max Payne 3.

Players have until Monday morning (no time zone specified) to make use of the extra XP in their quest to complete training and hit level 50. Don't wait too long to make use of this as it takes many hours of playing, even on double XP, to hit the top level.

The Tweet also confirmed that there will be another 3XP event coming for Red Dead Redemption later this month, although the exact date for this was not specified. Check back with us for more details when we get them.

Just as I traded in the shit condition used copy I got suckered into on eBay. Got my money back for it and even made a $2 profit.

Need to get the game new this time, but won't have it in time for this. cry

Meh, i'll just chip away at lvl 50 by grinding Score Attack here and there. The multiplayer in this game isn't very good.

Probably will make use of this. Haven't played Max Payne in a while, and the only multiplayer achievements I need are the level 50 one and one in the DLC.
Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather...

Score attack is in fact actually faster.....can do more XP in that than double XP events

Okay you can customize loadouts and what your character looks like, pretty standard for every game and it has a good use of cover technicalities and a superb engine. I still believe Gears of War has a better system even if it is unfair a lot.

I haven't played this much since a few weeks ago when I bought Local Justice, this will give me an excuse.

Is the multiplayer any good? Just asking because the single player must be the most boring game i have ever fucking played.

Double XP running 2 days ;) I need 110k XP to level fifty. With double XP its fast, 5-6 thousand per game ;) NICE!
