In a game that places players into the role of gangsters as they try to take over a city and build a criminal empire, combat is going to be an important game mechanic. Prohibition-era Atlantic City needs taking over turn by turn in Omerta: City of Gangsters, as players evolve from a small-fry jobbing criminal into a fully fledged crime boss with their own crime syndicate.

Molotov Cocktails, baseball bats and six-shooters are a vital part of the tactical turn-based combat, although the best weapon for the job is not the only thing to take into consideration when strategising a shootout. Cover and stealth will also be essential for 'The Boss' and his henchmen. Players could find a great vantage point from which to pick off their enemies while sheltering from the return storm of bullets, or they could sneak quietly behind a foe and take him down in silence.











While the game previously had a release date of Fall 2012, the simulation title will now not be released until early 2013.
