When it comes to XBLA, it looks like we might as well be calling this the Autumn of Sega Classics. We already know that Jet Set Radio is due to land this Wednesday for 800 MSP. What we didn't know quite yet was exactly when Sonic Adventure 2 and NiGHTS into dreams... would arrive. Obviously, given that lead in, we have the dates for you.

Sonic Adventure 2 will be making its debut on October 5th at a cost of 800 MSP.

NiGHTS, not to be outdone, will ALSO be making its debut on October 5th at a cost of 800 MSP.

But wait, there's more! Sega also announced some additional content for both games. First, for Sonic Adventure 2, they will be releasing "Battle Mode" DLC for an extra 240 MSP. Battle Mode includes content that was previously available in the Gamecube version of the title, including Chao Karate.

NiGHTS will also be getting extra content. Previously only available through a special Saturn Holiday bundle or magazine promos, Christmas NiGHTS will be freely available to anyone who purchases the game.

Once again, Sonic Adventure 2 and NiGHTS into dreams will both be available on October 5th for 800 MSP each.

Never heard of NiGHTS....maybe I'm too young to know what it is.
I love Sonic games, though. :) Sonic Adventure 1 wasn't that fun IMO. Hard cheevos.
Maybe SA2 will change my mind...

Maybe SA2 will change my mind...From memory and recently playing SA1, SA2 is harder to complete due to certain levels being diffcult to A rank only good thing is you dont have to play the levels 3 times to get the a rank. The last few knuckles levels were always a pain to A rank for me.

Maybe SA2 will change my mind...Nights was one of the more famous titles for the Sega Saturn, and planned to be Segas next big mascot after Sega. It never really caught on as Sega had hoped, but it was a really cool little game back in the day (1996 or so...) ! :)

Nights is well worth getting. Hope Christmas Nights retains all the system clock changes it had originally, can't see why it wouldn't.

Glad to see SEGA finally re-releasing some of the Saturn library, its been very overlooked in favor of the MegaDrive and Dreamcast. Maybe one day we'll get some 32x ports.

I'm hoping that Battle will have more Achievements like how DX added Achievements in the first game. Though so far no DLC achievements have been revealed.
