This is day 1 all the way (can you make pre-orders now?) I'm soo happy that the boss fight are back and it carries on where storm 2 ended. BTW SPOILER
I really hope they'll put Madara Uchiha in and make Madara and Obito vs Naruto,Killer Bee,Kakashi and Might Guy boss fight and Madara vs 5 kage. This would be insane.

Wait.Considering the level of animation (look at the episode of naruto shippuuden 167 called planetary devastation during invasion of pain arc or just look at this video taken from that episode it is hard to disagree with your statement (this episode was without doubt one of the best episodes made ever  ).

| Actual story battles! That's awesome. Generations wasn't as good as Storm 2 by any stretch. As long as I don't have to play online I'll be happy! |

| It's stupid that there making this now. First of all why are they making it seem like naruto and sasuke are going to fight? After the battle with pain they meet each other once. And it looks like it's going to include part of the ninja war which A: is still happening in the manga and B: will probable be the last story arc of the series. They should wait to release this until after the story has finished because other wise they'll be left with needing to make a fourth game with an hour or two of story game play. |

They should wait to release this until after the story has finished because other wise they'll be left with needing to make a fourth game with an hour or two of story game play.From what I can see Naruto 'fought' Sasuke after (SPOILER TILL THE END) he killed Danzo and also Mifune and Hanzo inclusion might mean that the game is more than likely to go through at least some fourth shinobi world war arc (I still hope they put in Madara and HUUUUUUGEEEEE SPOILER Obito as well as new paths of pain - 2nd to 7th Jinchuriki and Sever Ninja Swordsman of the Mist). |

The ninja storm games are done by a completely different company and are COMPLETELY epic - Ignoring them because of a different game and a different developer is just shooting yourself in the foot because you can. |

I simply CAN NOT WAIT for this game to come out. I'm a big fan of the series and love STORM games even more. I've been waiting for this game to be announced/released since I completed UNSG. But I have alot of anticipation and high hopes for this game and would like to share some of my suggestions and just talk Naruto right now haha.
SPOILERS
From what I can compile from UNSG it was, in many ways, a "filler" of the Storm series. Alot of people were upset about no boss battles, no traveling, or other aspects like STORM 2. UNSG was just an immediate representation of the first 2 games with a little more to offer (Danzo, Susanoo Sasuke, ect.) What is expected is for the game to take place after the Pain Arc and progress to the latest events (Nine-Tailed Fox vs Naruto Boss Battle). Where the story will cut off is anyone's guess. From what is known now the game is set to be released in Spring 2013. The Manga is nearing the end of the war with the final climax and conclusion, while the anime is in midst of the Ninja War. Since the STORM games follow the anime it's safe to assume that there will "at least" be another STORM game before the conclusion of the anime series.
But other than that, this game is looking to hold up to the hype of the anime series and deliver some new features as well. I personally am wondering how different this game will be to UNSG, such as characters, arenas, new modes, online, ect. But for any like-minded fans or gamers here is my wishlist of what I'd like to see in the next game. PS. This is a foreshadowing on the flow of anime content over the next 4-5 months. (Fingers crossed)
Characters: Eternal Mangekyo Sasuke, Bijuu Naruto, Nagato, Sharingan/Rinnegan "Tobi", Obito Uchiha, Madara Uchiha w/ Eternal Mangekyo/Rinnegan, Edo Tensei versions of characters (or just skin costumes) previous Kages, Kage assistants, previous Jinchuriki, 7 swordsman. Black/White Zetsu, All six paths of Pain,
Arenas: Nine-Tailed Fox Chamber, Tobi's Dimensional cube world (Where he takes Karin to heal Sasuke, during Kage summit), Hokage Roof, Waterfall of Truth, Upside-down Turtle Island, Kyuubi training room (Where Bee trains Naruto).
Features: Battle-scarred costumes, 3 health bars, co-op mode, 2v2 battles, Anime intro/outro music as in-battle backround music.
Those are just some of my suggestions/wishes to the next game and/or the future titles that are to be released. Hope you guys enjoyed the list and are as excited for this game as I am. This is already pre-ordered and paid off. Spring 2013 here i come! |

You're right though, these games blow the others out of the water in my opinion. |
