Forza Horizon Unleashes A Car-ton Of Trailers

If breathing the exhaust fumes of all the screenshots that flashed by the Newshound Treehouse wasn't enough, Turn 10 has released a veritable car park of assets for upcoming racing game Forza Horizon.

Exclusive Breakup Trailer

In the following trailer, Timothy receives a break-up call from his Viper, which crushes his heart under screeching tires and leaves him for the much greener pastures of the Horizon Festival.



Dirt Race Demo Gameplay

After leaving its poor owner, Viper the sportscar gets down to some dirty business driving through some of the trails of Colorado in the all-new offroad events, which are a first for this franchise.



Dam Street Race Demo Gameplay

The roads that lead to the top of the Horizon Festival encompass mud and dirt. Cars zip by on the largest highways, with none of the safety circuit into which racing has lulled us.

Some more street racing action, this time during a crisp-clear Colorado night.

The Horizon Festival organizers know that simple racing might not be enough to please the crowd. This is why during some special events you will be racing not against other cars but against entirely different classes of vehicles, like planes as the trailer below shows.



Golf Course King Trailer

When you play the game of thrones...you either die at the hands of Cersei Lannister or you end up driving a car on a golf course. Forza Horizon feeds some fun-looking multiplayer to your car's tank; the following trailer sees you battling for the crown from the comfortable seat of your chosen ride, which is a good thing as the Iron Throne tends to get people killed.



Infected Mode Trailer

The word infected might make you think of heroic Halo last stands full of energy sword-swishing and grenade tagging, or the green edged screens of Assassin's Creed: Revelations' Corrupted gameplay. The principle is the same: one driver starts as infected and has to bash his car into others to spread the contagion. Who will be the last one out?



Co-op Lamborghini Roadtrip Trailer

We've come to the final piece of gameplay for the day. There is no better way to end your trip to Colorado than setting up a co-op challenge and taking a Lamborghini out for a spin. No thievery involved!



Forza Horizon hits the open road on October 23rd in North America and October 26th in Europe. If you are quick enough you might still be in time to nab the limited edition. Just remember to fasten your seatbelts when you go into town.
