Far Cry 3 Walks Through the Open World

There is just over a month now until the release of Far Cry 3. The open world first-person shooter gives players a choice of activities on top of the main storyline; for example, players can capture supply drops to help secure the island and gather resources to help craft better equipment.

In the latest gameplay video, lead level designer Mark Thompson and lead game designer Jamie Keen give a 14 minute walkthrough of the open world, starting at the safe hub of Amanaki Village.



In North America, pre-ordering the game will net players the Monkey Business Pack. The pack adds an extra hour of gameplay through four extra single player missions. Meeting Hurk will allow players to attach C4 to monkeys to blow up enemies and barriers. The pack also adds two end-of-match sequences that will humiliate other players.

Outside of North America, the only way that players will be able to get their hands on this pack is by purchasing the Insane Edition of the game. To tempt you into a purchase, Ubisoft has released a new trailer for the bonus content:



Far Cry 3 is due to be released on November 30th in Europe and December 4th in North America.
