Don't remember that one, have to check it out. It was a bold move for Capcom to do something quite niche like a diving sim, especially in the days of no acheivements. Will be interested to see how this pans out.
Speaking of underated Capcom games, wish they'd bring the Gregory Horror Show to XBLA!! |

| Yeh, Divers Dream was Konami so they were taking similar risks. Not familiar with Gregory Horror Show but it sounds like my kinda thing! |

£4 pre owned on Amazon, worth so much more as a game. Also if you haven't played it either Godhand is a fantastic beat em up from Capcom (Clover Leaf) which inspired my tag. I don't know anyone apart from myself whose finished these let alone heard of them lol.

"The game will also feature unspecified Kinect support."
Why does every developer talk about "unspecified Kinect support" or "features Kinect but details uncertain" or something of the like? If Kinect is so awesome, why dont developers just come out with the feature or integration? They obviously have an idea before they make the statement of it being Kinect enabled. It feels like developers want to include Kinect so they say that ARE....then they throw something in at the end to follow up with their promise, but it ends up being garbage because it doesn't flow with the game well.
This is what I think every time I see "features Kinect....details unspecified." Ugh. |

Rumours of a 'water tank' peripheral to give you hyper realistic swimming motion control are still unconfirmed. |

I'm a diving enthusiast so this looked promising as not everyone can spend the money diving on regular basis so with propper graphics and sound this could be both a great chilling and thrilling experience.
Despite of that they lost me at the punching sharks part.
Also can't see it being any good with kinect as diving takes zero arm work compared to legs. Breathing thru mouth to kinect's voice recognition system would make more sense, altering ingame stats like stamina avaliable oxigen, graphics (more bubbles) frequence of breathing sound, etc. |
