LEGO Lord of the Rings Tests Its Humour

By Rebecca Smith, 4 years ago
The LEGO games are known for their offbeat humour and ridiculing of subject material when creating games based on famous films and literature. LEGO The Lord of the Rings looks set to continue that trend, but in case anybody was having any doubts, Warner Bros have released a trailer showing off the humour within the upcoming title. Watch as nine heroes stumble through Tolkien's famous trilogy as they attempt to save Middle-Earth.

Although the above trailer fails to acknowledge as much, the game has finally had a confirmed release date (something that retailers seem to have known for a while but Warner Bros failed to mention). The game has now been confirmed for a November 23rd release in Europe. The game will release ten days earlier on November 13th for gamers in North America.
