As Kung Fu Riki said, he's in the first building you go to, Solomon Wayne Courthouse. I'm not sure if you have to clear the place first, but there's a backdoor where you can go downstairs to find Calendar Man. |

You actually "loaned" it to a friend, "borrowed" implies you got it from him. We are Xbox 360 Gamers here we need to hold ourselves to a higher standard than those "other" console gamers. Geez!
