Tiger Woods 14 Historic Edition Announced

Electronic Arts revealed today that Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 will be receiving a special edition. Dubbed The Historic Edition, the game will allow you to play as Bobby Jones on Augusta National in 1934. This experience will come complete with the golfer being outfitted in era-appropriate gear. The publisher also released the cover, which features both Jones and 2012 Masters Tournament winner, Bubba Watson.

A look at the box art reveals that the game will include 25 total golf courses, though it states that this is due to the inclusion of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14. This likely implies that, outside of a different cover, The Historic Edition will at least contain new courses, possibly including the 1934 edition of Augusta if that's not available in the core game.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 does not have a tee time yet, but we will be sure to let you know when it is when that information is revealed.
