A new title update, Patch 1.03, will be arriving for Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 soon, so Pro Evolution Soccer Guru, Jon Murphy, conducted a short Q&A to discuss what players can expect to see.

The biggest change the patch will bring is updates to the game's 2v2 mode. According to Murphy, they "improve[d] core elements to make it even more intuitive and to make it closer to the single-player experience, with better player switching". Murphy also discusses some of the other changes coming to the game in addition to the changes to the 2v2 mode

The overall balance of the game has also been addressed, and we’ve also taken the opportunity to make a few aesthetic improvements here and there, with the movement of players now enhanced and a number of new goal celebrations added. We’ve also rectified a couple of small issues with MLO and some of the Online Modes in line with requests from the fan base.
According to the interview, the PES team pays close attention to what their fans have to say, and they made many of the fixes in the patch due to fan input, so if you see something that needs changing, reach out to the team via their Facebook page.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 Patch 1.0.3 will roll out on December 20th.
