If you've been following news for Max Payne 3
so far, you'll remember that Rockstar announced
back in August last year that the "New York Minute Co-Op" DLC would be included with the forthcoming "Deathmatch Made in Heaven" pack. Back then, this particular DLC pack was originally scheduled for an October release in 2012, but was nowhere to be seen... until now!
Despite the tasty details still yet to come for this DLC, the new co-op mode will most certainly be included. This is a first for the title, as co-op has never been included with any Max Payne
game, and it should add some amazing gameplay to what is already a fantastic experience. As well as the co-op mode, there will be new competitive multiplayer modes and "other awesome treats" for the multiplayer side of Max Payne 3
I, for one, am ON EDGE for the details of this DLC pack. The co-op element could really be something special for the title, and judging by the artwork, the upcoming co-op addition could be pretty brutal on the difficulty side of things too. Of course, the more difficult the mode is, the more Payne we'll have to deliver as we bullet dodge, dive, and roll our way to some sweet gamerscore!
Details have been confirmed for the release date and price for the "Deathmatch Made in Heaven" DLC pack, as it will be releasing on January 22nd at a price of 800 MSP. Rockstar Pass owners will be able to download the "final" Max Payne 3
DLC pack at no extra charge.
