Glad both Aquaman and Green Lantern won.
I'm not a fan of the voice actor for Green Lantern though. He sounds older than he should.
I think George Eads would have been the perfect voice actor honestly. |

I'm not really sold on this. I'm sure I'll give it a try, but I don't have high hopes that I can get into it. Using things in the environment seems a little gimmicky and I don't like the flying through buildings bit. It seems like a really long animation and I feel like it'll disrupt the flow of the match. And I'm assuming the changes in camera angle are just done for these videos and does not actually occur during the match. However, if that does happen during matches, I'll hate it.
I will say that that the combo system seems pretty solid. I'll be interested to see what kind of meters and such will be in the game. Maybe they've already announced that stuff but I haven't seen much info on the game until today. |

My nerd is showing, but Green Lantern and Solomon Grundy haven't been enemies since the 1940's...at least, not the Green Lantern in the game. Hal Jordan wasn't even created until 1959. At the time Grundy was introduced, his rival was the Alan Scott version of Green Lantern who was a completely different character whose powers came from a different power source entirely.
Since I'm probably the only person who cares, I'll shut up now. :) |
