| I hope the next press release says something about an "improved save system" and I will preorder on the spot. |

| Am I the only one who didn't like Dead Rising? I gave it three different attempts bcuz everyone kept telling me "oh you didn't like it? try it again its the best thing ever." But it just gets boring very quickly and the mission structure was laughable at best. Much prefer L4D to DeadRising. If this game is suppossed to be a revamp to the mission structure and overall gameplay then I will definitely give it a shot. Bcuz lets face it, zombie killing is human nature. |

But still, psyched for the game, has a lot of potential! |

| Can´t wait for this game to be released. The story sound a little weird but could be very funny. |

I sometimes feel like Capcom comes up with great game ideas and then just adds stuff on to make them frustrating and annoying (the frustrating leveling/save system combo in Dead Rising, the nearly incomprehensible story in Lost Planet...). |

| There was nothing wrong with the save system in Dead Rising imo |

| GameTagwastaken beat me to it. So effing frustrating to have one save slot and the zombies all thought I had a bladder infection. Embarrassing. |

| GameTagwastaken said:I hope the next press release says something about an "improved save system" and I will preorder on the spot.I don't think they can change the save system and it still be Dead Rising imo. Thats was a big part of the DR gameplay, knowing you can't just save anywhere makes it way more intense if your low on life and if you die you have to go back to your last save, especially if you forgot to save it recently. |

| As per the save system, I read in Game Informer that the build they played featured 3 save slots, but Capcom was unsure of what the final number would be in the end. |

Dead Rising 2: Special Edition will contain these: - http://tinyurl.com/y3cz39h
Unofficial reports say The new saving system will revolve around being constantly pestered by the janitor, Otis, but you will be able to use your new duct tape on his annoying gob and attach a car battery to his testicles before tossing him outside as a lunchtime treat for the undead. By 'unofficial' I mean totally made up.
Loved the first and am looking forward to this one. But no Otis, seriously, just no. |

| I've had this reserved since March of last year. Honestly, I think the co-op is going to make the game terrible. Dead Rising was great as a single player and I don't think it will do well as a multiplayer. :/ |

Goddamn it. Another game with shoehorned in multiplayer, along with the associated waste of resources in doing so. Along with the achievements that will invariably end up in multiplayer.
Pass.
I didn't really care DR to begin with. Horrible controls, piss-poor save system, horrible achievements (really? Leave my 360 on for a minimum of 14 hours straight before the days of HD installs? What idiot thought that one up?), stupid survivor AI, and that damned-to-the-Nine-Hells-Otis. |
