Injustice: Gods Among Us Reveals Full Roster

By Rebecca Smith, 3 years ago
Rumours have been flying around regarding the final characters to be playable in NetherRealms' upcoming brawler Injustice: Gods Among Us. The constant drip-feed of reveals and gameplay videos only left a few slots to be confirmed. Warner Bros. Interactive employee Brandon Alexander decided to end speculation and Tweet a screenshot of the character selection screen from a Russian build of the game. Feast your eyes on the full roster below, with heroes on the left and villains on the right:

Character Selection Screen

Back Row L to R: The Flash (partially obscured), Nightwing, Batman
Second Row L to R: Cyborg, Green Arrow, Superman
Third Row L to R: Raven, Aquaman, Wonder Woman
Front Row L to R: Hawkgirl, Shazam, Green Lantern

Back Row L to R: Joker, Harley Quinn, Solomon Grundy
Second Row L to R: Lex Luthor, Catwoman, Deathstroke
Third Row L to R: Ares, Killer Frost, Doomsday
Front Row L to R: Sinestro, Black Adam, Bane

Where does the previous screenshot of Killer Croc fit in? At the moment we're unsure, but it doesn't look like he is a playable character for the time being at least. However, last month's announcement of a Season Pass for the game revealed that four new fighters will be added to the game as DLC -- perhaps he will be one of those four unannounced characters.

A demo for the game was released just four days ago and can be downloaded from here if you haven't done so already. Those of you who prefer to sit back and watch others doing all the hard work may instead wish to watch this gameplay footage from the demo. The first matchup sees Batman taking on Wonder Woman, whilst the second matchup sees Wonder Woman taking on Lex Luthor.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is due to be released on April 16th in North America and April 19th in other regions.
