Zeno Clash II Gameplay Demo Trailer Swings In

Atlus has released a trailer to showcase the first six minutes of gameplay from ACE Team's upcoming, first-person action title, Zeno Clash II. The footage shows that there will be much more to the game than just straight-forward fist fights. The sequel will feature upgraded combat mechanics that allow for greater attack variety and countering possibilities. In addition, you'll be able to upgrade your character's stats with skill totems that are dotted throughout Zenozoik.

The main quest will be complemented by many side-quest objectives and you can get a taste for what's involved, courtesy of the new footage embedded below.

Fists have been flying in all directions since the turn of the year, as shown in the previously-released screenshots and a gameplay trailer. The flying fists are also likely to have some rhythm, thanks to the game's musical score.

As you can see from the video, Zeno Clash II is due to release on Steam on April 30th. The XBLA release for the title is still slated as "early 2013", with the pricing details remaining unconfirmed.
