MotoGP 13 Puts Qatar in the Spotlight

PQube, the publisher for MotoGP 13, has been revving up the media coverage for the upcoming motorcycle racing simulation iteration. The marketing approach has culminated in the recent announcement that a demo would be racing onto consoles on June 12th, and the subsequent demo trailer that followed. After some initial teething problems, the demo is now available to download here.

In an effort to boost the game's image further, PQube has now released more circuit information and another video. This time around, the night race under spotlights at the Grand Prix of Qatar is featured.

The fabulous Losail International Circuit lies on the outskirts of Doha, the capital city of Qatar. The track itself is a flowing layout of 5.4 kilometers, surrounded by artificial grass designed to prevent sand from the neighboring desert from blowing onto the circuit. The main straight is over a kilometer in length and there is a good mix of medium and high-speed corners, including a couple of quick left-handers which has proved particularly popular with the riders

MotoGP 13 will be released on June 21st.
