Dead Space 2, the much hyped sequel has a new E3 inspired trailer for you to check out. This time round the trailer shows exclusive gameplay footage. So what does this reveal to us?
Well, it looks like this time around Zero-G will support free movement, and not just jumps from one platform to another. This appears to be achieved by a series of small directional 'thrusters' attached to Isaac's suit.
The lighting has been ramped up too as the light from Isaac's weaponry interacts further with environment and casts more shadows as the spotlight roams around.
Stasis makes a predicted return allow you counter attack an ambush and gain a massive advantage over your alien foe. Speaking of which many of the Necromorphs shown in the trailer will look very familiar to players of the first game with the method of despatch also sticking to the original formula of tearing them limb from limb.
During the final moments of the video a much larger (and much more agile) Necromorph appears to giving Isaac a hard time, so hopefully there's a range of new enemies yet to be revealed to keep things fresh.
If this were case, I don't know about you, but I'd rather these be kept under wraps so as to keep me on my toes when I fire the game up at long last.
