More Games Confirmed for Xbox One

By Rebecca Smith, 3 years ago
For a lot of players, the most important thing that entices them to leap to the next generation of console is the lineup of games. Today, Microsoft has revealed a 'full' list of titles that will be appearing on the Xbox One. Two of the names on that list had only been associated with the Xbox 360 before today, but now Just Dance 2014 and NBA 2K14 have both been confirmed to be appearing on the next generation of consoles, too. The most surprising name on the list was Star Wars Battlefront; neither EA nor DICE had confirmed any possible platforms for the title before now.

Here is the list of titles according to Microsoft:

Those eagle-eyed readers amongst you will notice that there are a few titles that are conspicuously absent from the list. Lords of the Fallen, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood , Shadow Warrior, Sniper Elite 3, Strider, Trials Fusion, and Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade are also confirmed to be appearing on the next generation console -- we're not certain why Microsoft chose not to mention these, especially as Max made such a prominent appearance at E3.

To accompany the list, Microsoft released a new trailer showing brief glimpses at some of the titles above:
