The last time that we saw the title formally known as Tink
was at Gamescom 2012. A full year later the title, now known as The Last Tinker: City of Colors
, makes an appearance at Gamescom 2013. Tinkerworld is a world of imagination. Anything can be built from colour, paper and glue as long as the idea behind it is strong enough. Cities, forests, mountains and seas... nothing is too much for the imagination of Tinkerworld's inhabitants. Unfortunately, they don't always live in harmony. Quarrels have led to all creative ventures being put on hold and a creeping Bleakness threatens to erase the colour of Tinkerworld. Koru, the game's protagonist, must stop the threat of the Bleakness. Using red to aggravate, green to frighten and blue to grieve enemies, they must be manipulated to solve puzzles and progress towards your goal.
Developer Mimimi Productions has been busy over the past year. Now they have some new gameplay to show us, as well as Koru's new appearance.
The Last Tinker: City of Colors
is due to be released later this year on XBLA.
