The 'sweep-em up' that is Dustforce was originally only available for PC and Mac users, but this weekend, Capcom announced that console users will be able to get their hands on the game as well. That means us!

Dustforce 2

Some of you may be wondering what Dustforce is even about. The clue (funnily enough) is in the title. Get ready to clean up the world in style as you...well...sweep things with a brush! Hmm, I'm not really selling this am I? The developer of the game, Hitbox Team, may be able to do a better job than me.

As an acrobatic janitor, you are an adept force against dust and disorder. Leap and dash off walls and ceilings, and deftly traverse precarious environments. Cleanse each level swiftly and thoroughly to achieve mastery in this 2D, sweep-'em-up platformer.
-Dustforce has over 50 levels, from elegant exploration maps to intense challenges for hardcore players.
-Compete on the online leaderboard and instantly watch replays of every player's best attempts.
-Roam through a myriad of beautiful environments accompanied by an original soundtrack.
-Create and share custom maps with the powerful level editor and integrated map sharing server.
-Play against your friends with local multiplayer matches.
That's more like it! Also, as en extra token of our generosity, we're providing you with a collection of in-game shots of the awesomeness that is Dustforce.

The announcement of the game was made during Sony's PAX conference, but sadly no other information was revealed. The price and release date for Xbox 360 users has been said to be unveiled soon though, so stay tuned for that!

To summarize Marc in two words, it would be "Christian Gamer." You will usually find him getting stuck into story heavy action-adventure games, RPG's and the odd quirky title when he isn't raving about Dark Souls and Mass Effect. Outside the world of gaming, Marc attends and helps out in his church on a regular basis and has a not-so thrilling job in a supermarket.
