Battlefield 4 Map DLC Launches Early On Xbox One

Fans of the upcoming and highly anticipated FPS Battlefield 4 (Xbox One) will be pleased to hear that they will have an advantage over their rivals when playing on the Xbox One.

According to a report on Joystiq, the upcoming DLC, named Second Assault, will be arriving first on the Xbox One. The map pack will contain four fan favourite maps from Battlefield 3 although the exact details of the maps included have yet to be announced. Similarly, details about the exact date and pricing are yet to be revealed although it is already known that the DLC will be free for premium members.

EA have also revealed that there will be a special event showcasing the new map pack. The event will be streamed live from London on November 1st at 5:00pm (GMT). Two teams of 32 players will battle it out on the new maps with the teams pitting Europe against the US.
