-Fix potential issue when backing out too soon after creating a new save slot.
-Immediately acquiring concussion detonator after using batwing now saves objective when fast traveling later.
-Fixed animation crash using invalid texture’s unused memory.

-This has now been resolved and players who have been affected should now have the upgrade as intended

WB Games has also listed a few issues that gamers are experiencing and they are on the case to fixing these They promise to keep players updated as they continue to get to the core of the problem.

Corrupted Saves
Players have reported losing their saved game to data corruption. Specifically, when you try to choose a story slot to continue, it says “Corrupted” and if you select it, an error message appears which says, “The save is corrupt. Please delete it.” We believe we know what is causing this and need a few more days to validate before pushing a patch through.

Ongoing Crashing/Freezing Issues
Players have reported recurring crashing and freezing while playing the game. We have been working hard to track down and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We believe we know what is causing these issues and need a few more days to validate before pushing this patch through. In the meantime, some players have managed to avoid the freezing by disconnecting their console from the Internet while playing.

Infinite falling bug and Corrupted saves
Thanks to all the players who have emailed us with their saved games and explained their issues in detail. Your help in sending this will help the teams a great deal in terms of pinpointing the issue, finding their sources, and help discover what triggered them. These are issues that our teams have put as their top priorities to fix. As you may know, solutions may not come as quickly as you may hope, but rest assured that our teams are working diligently and as best they can to find a resolution and keep players updated.
Patch 3 currently has no specified release date, so stay tuned for when WB Games reveal that information.
