Skate 3 - After Dark DLC Hitting July 27th

Most important info first: the upcoming After Dark pack DLC for Skate 3 is free... but only if you bought the game new.

According to Black Box, the DLC was created as a "Thank You" to all the fans who bought the game new and activated the share code include in the game box. For everyone else, you will have to fork over 400 MSP to play it.

But man, you'll want to! If there's one that the Skate series has always missed, it's night skating. As the DLC's name suggests, the After Dark pack will let you skate the brand new Sanatorium and classic San Van DIY park after the sun's gone dow, lending "a new vibe to shredding and filming." The DLC will also add "over 40 new licensed brand CAS gear, stuff like decks, hoodies, shirts... you know, skate paraphernalia."

No word on achievements yet, but uh... it is EA... Nope, no achievements.

Ah that is awesome. I am really enjoying the game for just the game and not the achievements (which has been a long time coming!). This is a sweet gift from Black Box cannot wait!

He's a master of karate and friendship for everyone.

Really psyched for more Skate content, for sure! Would've paid 400 MSP for it no doubt, but I am really running on empty at the moment. Free is always, always, aaaaalways appreciated.

Night skating has loadsa potential too!

The original skate. gaming servers are still online, nearly three years after release.. They removed the video/picture upload functionality but that was moreso for their online site, not any gaming server issue.
