Meet the Monster Girl in MXGP

By Ashley Woodcock,
In the first developer diary released for Milestone's upcoming racing title MXGP - The Official Motocross Videogame, the team behind the game focus on two main features behind the development of the title.

With the aid of motion capture technology, riders will be able to gain an authentic feel thanks to the realistic behaviour of the bikes and riders. To add even more authenticity and realism to the title, a Monster Girl will be featured to give the Motorcross atmosphere that special touch only a pretty lady can give. Alessandro Castrucci, Milestone's Game Director, believes the upcoming Monster Girl is sure to please:

MXGP is a symbol of simulation, realism and license's loyalty. Implementing Motion Capture technology is an additional piece to the puzzle that together with the ones related to game's physics, graphics and chromatics' choices, which were unveiled in the Gameplay trailer # 1 and released last week, creates the whole product image. Particularly this year, using a female character, as the Monster Girl, will enhance the game's realism if compared with the previous one; we are also confident she will be appreciated by all Motocross' fans.
