Gone Home Announced for Consoles

Platfom exclusives are becoming more of a rarity lately. Recently we've seen Assassin's Creed Liberation HD make the move from PS Vita to XBLA, as well as the announcement of Slender: The Arrival, which was once a PC only game. It has recently been announced that yet another previously PC exclusive game will be jumping across to consoles as well. With thanks to Midnight City, The Fullbright Company's 2013 hit Gone Home will be making its way to consoles later this year.

Gone Home tells the story of the Greenbriar family, but not in the way you would think. The game is set in the family's household, and you are given free reign to explore the house and uncover their mysterious past. You play as one of the family members, and as you explore the house, you will discover things that will help piece together why the home lays empty, and what is really going on. To celebrate the announcement, an official trailer for the game's console release has been revealed.

Gone Home will open its doors in Autumn 2014.

To summarize Marc in two words, it would be "Christian Gamer." You will usually find him getting stuck into story heavy action-adventure games, RPG's and the odd quirky title when he isn't raving about Dark Souls and Mass Effect. Outside the world of gaming, Marc attends and helps out in his church on a regular basis and has a not-so thrilling job in a supermarket.
