Doritos Crash Course 2 Closing Down Soon

By Keith Gray, 2 years ago
Doritos Crash Course 2, a free-to-play platformer, was released on the XBL Arcade almost a year ago as a follow-up to its hugely popular predecessor, Doritos Crash Course.

Microsoft Studios has confirmed today that the sequel will be closed down on October 15th, 2014. In the meantime, Doritos Crash Course 2 will "remain unchanged and playable" with the exception of one important change that takes effect from today (as quoted below):

...players with unspent coins can purchase in-game consumables but will be unable to purchase Coin Packs
The closure will mean that all of the game's achievements will become unobtainable from October 15th, so there is no time to waste. Hurry up and get your avatar limbered up to run, jump, and bounce your way through enough courses and unique stars to complete the game.
