Kingdom Come Dev Diary Part 6

By Michelle Balsan, 2 years ago
In order to prepare us for their upcoming medieval-times based RPG, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Warhorse Studios has been releasing a series of developer videos. These videos covered a variety of topics, including the game world, character customisation, horses, first-person melee combat mechanics, and the game's living world.

It's been nearly three months since the last video update, but we finally have entry six, which covers how new features were implemented in the game.

The Kickstarter for the title wound up obliterating its £300,000 goal, as the final tally wound up £1,106,371. This means that, beyond the originally promised game, we'll also get extras such as a playable female character, a tournament mode, and a dog companion.

Kingdom Come is set for a Q4 2015 release, at least on PCs. Warhorse Studios does advise, however, that publication on Xbox One is dependent on Microsoft, so that window may change.
