In NBA 2K14, publisher 2K Sports detailed the introduction of 14 Euroleague teams to the series in order to complement the roster of North American teams that regularly feature in the franchise.

After the latest iteration in the franchise, NBA 2K15, was recently announced, 2K Sports has now confirmed that a further group of teams will join the Euroleague competition this year. In total, 25 teams will go head-to-head including the likes of FC Bayern Munich of Germany, JSF Nanterre of France, Turkish franchise Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul and Serbia's Partizan NIS Belgrade.

The trailer also features Real Madrid's Sergio Llull reflecting on how the Euroleague will impact NBA 2K15 and its fans.

Despite all the talk of European clubs, it's the NBA's MVP, Kevin Durant, who is set to adorn the game's cover. NBA 2K15 is scheduled for release on October 7th in North America and October 10th elsewhere on Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
