Today is not a good day for Windows 8 gamers. On the back of the news that Doritos Crash Course GO (Win 8) has been delisted, we bring news of another Windows 8 delist: Disney The Little Mermaid: Undersea Treasures! (Win 8).

In an announcement from Microsoft Studios' Community Manager Helen Casper, not only did we get confirmation that the game had been removed from the Games Store, we also received confirmation that the previously unreleased DLC will never be released for purchase. This means that the title will forever have 17 unobtainable achievements. Here is the full statement:

Microsoft Studios is always evaluating its portfolio of products to determine what is best for gamers, families and the company, and this decision was the result of the natural ebb and flow of our portfolio management. Customers will still be able to play The Little Mermaid Undersea Treasures and use any content they have already acquired, but The Little Mermaid will no longer be available in the Store.

The achievements associated with the story mode of this game will not be obtainable.

Thank you and we hope to see you in some of our other communities.
As long as players had already downloaded the game, the original three achievements will remain obtainable.
