HUNT: Horrors of the Gilded Age Announced

The pre-E3 hype continues on as Crytek USA, formerly known as Vigil Games, have announced a new IP called HUNT: Horrors of the Gilded Age. Supporting up to four players, HUNT is a third-person action game in which gamers will need to team up to take down bloodthirsty creatures and immense, breathtaking bosses. It will be shown off at E3 this year, so if you're looking to see more of this game, the wait won't be much longer.

In the meantime, check out the official announcement trailer:

David Adams, CEO of Crytek USA Corp., had this to say about HUNT:
In HUNT: Horrors of the Gilded Age, players will be counting their bullets and crying out for help as they delve deeper into the shadowy world we've created. From the outset of the development process, we've poured our imaginations into the game so that everyone who plays HUNT will discover a challenging experience that feels fresh, captivating and rich in possibilities.
The game is set in the late 1800s, when myths and folklore are a reality of everyday life. Players must equip themselves heavily then venture out into overrun territories to eliminate these creatures. To keep gamers coming back for more and to reduce the repetitiveness of the game, Crytek has created a special content generation system that will ensure gamers never play the same exact map or fight the same set of enemies more than once.

A release date has not been set for HUNT: Horrors of the Gilded Age, but hopefully at E3 next week more information will become available.

Hello everyone! I joined the Newshound group of TrueAchievements back in June 2013. Gaming has always been a passion of mine, up until recently I was a huge score-whore but have recently slacked off a bit. Not to brag or anything, but I do hold the top position in TA Score among the Newshounds (much to Michelle's I'm always up for boosting some of the older multiplayer games, so if you need help I'll try to find time in my schedule to help out! I'm also a huge Marvel Comics fan and Moon Knight is my favorite character, period. Excelsior!
