Despite the show ending well over a decade ago, Dragon Ball
still has a pretty sizeable fanbase, who will no doubt be pleased to hear that the upcoming Raging Blast 2
game will include a brand new episode of the anime series when it launches this Autumn/Fall.
The exclusive episode is entitled “Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans” and is a completely reconstructed, re-scripted and re-edited version of the original Japanese episode. According the the press release, it's completely unmissable for fans of the series, offering something totally unique. The episode is available for anyone who buys the game (so no region-exclusivity, and no single-use code for those who buy the game new), watchable straight out of the box, and unlocks a bonus in-game character just for viewing the episode in its entirety.
Quoted below is the press release from Namco Bandai, describing what the game will offer besides the new episode:
Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 features a host of improvements and new features with the development team at Spike Co. Ltd. pushing themselves harder than ever to deliver the most authentic and advanced experience. Everything from the camera to the controls has been reworked to create an accessible game with more than enough tactical depth to satisfy even the most battle-hardened Dragon Ball fan."

Environmental destruction now has an even more profound effect on the fights in the enhanced battle stages, which include a number of brand new ones.
Running at 60fps, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 produces faster and smoother animations than ever, further enhanced by countless new stunning visual effects.
