Grand Theft Auto V Coming to Xbox One

Players will have the chance to return to the streets of Los Santos again as Rockstar has announced that Grand Theft Auto V will be coming to Xbox One. Initially revealed as coming to the PS4 during Sony's E3 press conference, Rockstar made it clear shortly after that the game would also be coming to the One as well.

As you've probably heard a million times by now, the new version of the game will take full advantage of the next-gen console to deliver both graphical and technical improvements and a whole new level of detail. Increased draw distances, finer texture details, denser traffic, and enhanced resolutions will be among the technical enhancements. New features to the world such as additional wildlife, upgraded weather and damage effects, and more will be available because of the more powerful hardware.

All of these changes will also be applied to GTA Online. The new content that has been added through updates, such as weapons, vehicles, and game types, will all be available on the Xbox One version of the game as well. What will most likely make gamers happier than anything else, is the fact that you will be able to transfer your characters and progression to your choice of the PS4, Xbox One, or PC versions of the game.

Grand Theft Auto V on Xbox One will be available later this fall.
