Destiny Preorder Trailer

By Brent Johnson, 2 years ago
For those who may have been away from planet earth, perhaps hitchhiking across the galaxy with Zaphod Beeblebrox and the gang, we bring you news of a hot new title called Destiny. That's right, the originators of the Halo series have branched off and are releasing a much ballyhooed, sci-fi shooter. Bungie has opened up the game for pre-order and they want you to know exactly what bonuses you can expect to receive for doing so.

Seriously, we have gone over this before, so if you haven't been on planet earth in the last six months, please just watch the fancy video and move on.

If you inconceivably missed our previous coverage, or were too lazy to watch the video, what you get for pre-ordering is: access to the beta (beginning July 23rd) & early, in-game access to the Vanguard Armory (9 weapons, 3 helmets and an emblem). Pre-ordering, or having a good friend who pre-ordered and is willing to give you a spare code, is the only way to get into the beta but you will be able to earn access to the Vanguard Armory during gameplay.

Destiny is set to release for Xbox 360 and Xbox One on September 9th, 2014.
