Great news NS, we still need to get down on some Gears too.
I especially like the smoke grenade 2 second thing, I just wish they would have implemented a system so if you tap "A" you get up faster, and stairs are still my worst enemy... |

I agree with Crimson on the pressing A after a smoke, that would have been nice. I should of posted that on Epic's forum...prob somebody else did.
I am not too keen on the two piece being dodged even more, though I am a constant victim of it, I still enjoy doing it myself. I thought they gave you long enough to get away from it.
But thank you for getting rid of them Glitchers, no more stupid second accounts with low points just for them to glitch with. Can not wait to rape you stupid fucks back for all them stand bys....finally vengence shall be had. |

This it too little, and unless they go back to the old "Server lists" of gears 1 within the next month, it will be too late.
More achievements and DLC? looks like someones trying to rush dlc out to match halo with its 1750 gamerscore |

Awsome. The new leveling system is the reason that I will start to play this game again!!
Good job Epic!
Hopefully though when I try to find a game it wont take 5-10 minutes. |

| There are some great improvements here. In my opinion, the biggest problem with Gears 2 MP is still the amount of quitters and glitchers. So anything to stop those 2 problems happening is fine by me. |

An update and more DLC?
Wait...didn't they update the game and then added DLC before...yet the game was still messed up after the update.
It'll probably be messed up after this update as well, just a false alarm to get us to buy their new DLC.
The only thing they need to fix it's bridge hosting and stand-by,I can deal with the gameplay just as it is...just fix the two things mention above so 4 and 5 rankers don't win matches by cheating like always.
Unless of course you want us to quit as soon as we see a 5 ranker because it's obvious they all ranked up by bridge hosting and stand-by-ing like all high rankers do. |

So when the new EXP thing gets implemented will it drop everyone back to the 1st level?? I'm not sure how they can place you based on an exp. level when converting from trueskill hmmmm
But yeah that besides I'm sure they will be releasing more updates in the future planning to fix things. Hopefully they release more and better maps, all I play now are the Flashback maps. |

| I still wish they would allow me to shoot my gun after I roadie run. I don't know why they changed it so that I can't shoot after running, but it's one of the primary reasons I die in matches now. |

They should just leave the weapons just as it is.
They've already messed too much with them and it takes time to get used to them over and over so leave them like that.
In the other hand, they should fix stand-by, bridge hosting and some minor collision detection...specially with the motor, as it goes through all the roofs now.
But I just hope they fix the stand-by and bridge hosting first... |

Yeah I fell victim to a bridger the other day, got me so pissed, he ended up loosing though.
And as regards to the weapons I like how they are, just wish they fired like they did in Gears 1, and I really hate the flamethrower having stopping power, but meh at least I don't run into that often. |
