Speakeasy Steps Up to the Plate

Microsoft is currently going through a period where indie is the flavour of the month. During both E3 and Gamescom, the majority of the new game announcements were for indie titles that would be arriving on the Xbox One. The problem with announcing and detailing so many titles at once is that some games get missed. Today's such title is Super Soul's Speakeasy, a party game that "distills the best parts of a fighting game into a harrowing game of rock-paper-scissors".

Using a three-button control scheme, Speakeasy pits players against opponents in a variety of game modes in a number of arenas set in 1920's Roaring America.

Take a look at the title in action:

Unfortunately your journey across 1920's America is not likely to begin any time soon as Speakeasy does not yet have a release date.
