Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams Headed to Xbox One

While it's become commonplace for games, especially those going to Xbox One via ID@Xbox, to get their funding via Kickstarter, it certainly wasn't always that way. One of the earlier beneficiaries of crowd-sourcing was the XBLA title Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. Funded over two years ago in September 2012, the game eventually launched in March 2013 to mostly positive reviews. It has also since staked its claim as one of the more difficult XBLA platformers, sporting a 2082 TA Score for its 400G.

Now, developer Black Forest Games has revealed that Giana Sisters will be coming to the Xbox One, where it will be rebranded as Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams Director's Cut.

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams Director's Cut will be released on Xbox One in early December for an as-yet-undisclosed price.
