GRIP Digital has announced that the Terrible Posture's developed Tower of Guns
will be arriving on Xbox One in early 2015 as part of the ID@Xbox self-publishing program. The old-school shooter, which is currently available on the Steam platform, seeks to emulate some of yesteryear's FPS hits such as Doom; it's fast and simple, and it is designed to be played in short bursts - for example, during your work lunch break.
True to its name, the game promises tons of guns with seemingly limitless ammunition, some being quite bizarre in appearance and function, as well as a heap of different upgrades and powerups. Enemies will continuously barrage the player with an endless stream of bullets and rockets, while bosses range from large to gargantuan in size. The game also includes randomized and highly dynamic levels to both thwart speed-runners and make players really think on their feet; if players die, they will revert to the beginning of that stage with upgraded abilities and items, but with the stage also being completely changed in order to keep things fresh.
