Rainbow Six Siege Details, Artwork and Screenshots

During Ubisoft’s E3 presentation, it was announced that the fan favourite Terrorist Hunt game mode would be making its return in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege under the guise of Terrohunt. In Terrohunt a new threat to the world puts players at the centre of a global crisis enacted by a frightening terrorist cell known as the White Masks. Ubisoft also introduced Angela Bassett, known for her roles in Olympus Has Fallen and American Horror Story, as Six, deputy director of the Rainbow Six counter-terrorism unit.

Terrohunt contains four different game types, Disarm Bomb, Terrohunt Classic, Hostage Extraction and Protect Hostage, all of which have very self-explanatory names. Each game type can be played solo or cooperatively with up to four additional players, while the “Siege Generator” mixes everything from objectives, map, and time of day to objective locations and fortifications in order to make the experience different each time.

The game also features a seamless progression system across all the modes, so no matter which mode you earn XP in you’ll be able to “unlock new operators, new game modes in Multiplayer or Terrohunt, or weapon attachments and skins.”

To top it all off, Ubisoft released a veritable boatload of new screenshots are artwork:
