George Stobbart and Nico Collard's latest adventure, Broken Sword 5 – The Serpent’s Curse, will be making its console debut next month and will see our heroes on the trail of a stolen painting with connections to a much larger conspiracy. In order to keep fans in a state of perpetual longing, Revolution Software has released a new trailer for the game that is full of excitement and suspense yet, thankfully, free from any major spoilers.

Broken Sword 5 - The Serpent’s Curse will release worldwide digitally for Xbox One on September 4th and will be priced at £19.99, €29.99 and $29.99. A retail version, which includes a printed copy of the game's prelude will also be available throughout Europe and the Middle East, though there are currently no details on whether or not this version will appear in other regions.
