Artificial Mind & Movement (A2M) have announced that their company name has now changed (or rather returned) to Behaviour Interactive. Perhaps they realised A2M isn't too easy on the tongue for most people?
With the title Behaviour, they are returning to the name the company operated under in the 1990s when they were a small upstart company developing titles for the Playstation 1. If you're struggling to place them in a more contemporary setting, recent A2M developed games on the Xbox 360 consist of Naughty Bear
Along with the name change, Behaviour have also announced their intent to refocus their efforts on "developing original IP on multiple platforms alongside its work-for-hire business with major publisher."
CEO, Rémi Racine said:
We are and will always strive to be the best and most trusted independent game development studio in the industry.
It was also officially announced that their two previous Xbox 360 titles would be receiving sequels in the future, and that numerous undisclosed projects were underway:
Wet 2, Naughty Bear 2, Doritos Crash Course (XBLA) as well as Rango are all currently in development at Behaviour. [We] are also working on several unannounced games for [the] Xbox 360 and Xbox Live Arcade.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of this developer as they grow further and bring some variation to the plethora of unoriginal games available out there.
