If Friday the 13th: The Game
doesn't already look scary and intense enough for you, details from this new and short gameplay overview video may just pique your interest a bit more.
In the video, we learn about the benefits of calling the police and how this action will aid players when trying to survive the night in Camp Crystal Lake. Firstly, the outside call box in the cabin must be fixed and then players can attempt to call the police before Jason cuts the call (and you) short. The phone will spawn randomly, and even if a player does manage to make a successful call, he or she will still have ten minutes to survive before the round ends. Even then, once the police arrive, you still have to make your way to the police at a random entry point.
Friday the 13th: The Game
will be releasing in October this year for the Xbox One.
