Carmageddon: Max Damage Dated and Detailed

By Michelle Balsan, 7 months ago
Though the series has quite a history, don't panic if you haven't heard of Carmageddon before. The first game in the vehicular combat series was launched in 1997 on PC and the last console release was in 2000. There has been a mobile version of the game more recently, but that still may not cause the average Xbox gamer to be aware of it.

Now, the most recent entry in the franchise, Carmageddon: Max Damage, is set to come to consoles and we have a few screens and some details about the title, too.

Carmageddon: Max Damage includes:
Over 30 cool custom killing machines, each with their own highly distinctive character
10 large open environments to explore
A host of moving targets to hunt down for points, including pedestrians in wheelchairs & mobility scooters, cyclists, bears and aliens
Career mode with 6 different event types
Multiplayer with 4 online event types
Fully featured action replay mode; to relive all the action again from any perspective.
… with over 90 crazy PowerUps, complex car damage and repair system, blood, laughs and much, much more.
Thanks to a recently revealed partnership with Sold Out Sales & Marketing Limited, players can expect to see Carmageddon: Max Damage both digitally and on retail shelves on June 3rd for Xbox One.
