It's fitting that as many gamers currently stand in line across different time zones, waiting to receive their copies of the game/live-action hybrid Quantum Break, another live-action video game has been announced. The Bunker is an experimental video game in that it uses no CGI and no motion capture. It's completely live-action with Hollywood actors and tells a non-linear story that players will explore.

The Bunker tells the story of John, the sole survivor of a nuclear attack on England. John has made it this far by taking refuge in an abandoned military bunker, but this is a horror story, so you should already know by now that the bunker itself isn't a very comforting residence. The game was filmed on location in Essex, England in an actual decommissioned bunker. Players will guide John through puzzles, make story decisions, discover secrets, and unearth the dark history of the titular bunker. John will be portrayed by The Hobbit's Adam Brown. The game also stars Sarah Greene (Penny Dreadful), Grahame Fox (Game Of Thrones) and Jerome St. John Blake (Star Wars) in a narrative penned by former writers for games such as The Witcher, SOMA, and Broken Sword.

The Bunker is due out on consoles yet to be specified in "Q3 2016".
